WE ARE BETTER TOGETHER
W3 is a collaborative effort between neighboring student ministries. That’s why every church involved has an invite to the table. We want your ideas, we want your feedback, we want your talents, we want you to be involved in the process. W3 is a collection of efforts that showcases what Christ-like community truly looks like. We would never be able to do this alone, and we were never meant to. In the planning stages of this event you will find that W3 is a community of youth leaders with like-minded hearts to see Jesus change lives and who genuinely care for one another. Together we are the body of Christ, and together we can go farther, faster.

YOUR MINISTRY IS YOUR MINISTRY
W3 is not here to promote one specific ministry over another, we are here to see students take their next step towards Jesus. And we believe the most effective way to do that is by utilizing the existing relationships that your youth leaders have with your students. As a youth leader, we know that God has entrusted you with your students: to shepherd them, to disciple them, and to minister to their unique needs. W3 is not meant to step into that role, but rather to be a slingshot for your ministry. We are here to promote the name of Jesus and provide opportunities for youth leaders to expand their impact through relationships with students that will last. We know that ministry can happen in a moment, but we also know that effective ministry happens over many moments, consistently.
